1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
Application form. When you apply for a growth audit, we collect what you enter: your name, contact details (email or phone), optionally your Instagram handle, and your message. We also record technical context of the submission: the page you were on, the referring site, campaign parameters (UTM), your IP address (for abuse prevention), and your browser type.
Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service. It collects aggregated usage data (pages visited, referrer, device type, country) and does not track you across websites or store personal identifiers. It runs regardless of your cookie choice because it does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our advertising performs and to show ads to people who have already visited this website. It sets cookies and transmits data such as the pages you viewed, your IP address, your browser and device to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, which may process it outside your country. If you visit from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, the pixel loads only after you have agreed via the banner shown on your first visit. Your choice is stored locally in your browser; clearing your browser data will make the banner appear again. Outside those regions the pixel loads by default. If you booked a call with us, we also transmit a confirmation of that booking to Meta from our own systems, so that we can measure which ad led to it.

- To contact you about next steps via WhatsApp, email, or phone - as stated on the form
- To prevent spam and abuse of our forms (IP-based rate limiting)
- To understand how our website is used (aggregated analytics)
4. Where your data lives
Form submissions are stored in our internal management system (hosted on Supabase) and, as a redundancy, may be processed by our hosting provider Netlify. Analytics are processed by Plausible. Advertising measurement data is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. These providers act as processors on our behalf under their respective data processing terms. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Retention
We keep application data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and a potential business relationship. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
6. Your rights
Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR in the EU/EEA, CCPA in California), you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@scissorzz.com - we respond within 30 days.
7. Age requirement
This website and our services are directed exclusively at persons aged 18 or older.

We may update this policy; the current version is always available on this page.
