Every agency says it has fair terms. The only way to check that is to read the contract, and creators usually get to do that at the end of a sales call, under time pressure. So we publish the parts that decide whether a deal is fair or not, before you ever talk to us.

The money goes to you first. Net earnings are paid into the creator's own bank account; the agency invoices its commission afterwards, payable within seven days. This is the single biggest structural protection in any agency deal, and the one most often reversed.
What this page does not claim
Publishing four clauses does not make an agency good, and we are not asking you to take these excerpts as a substitute for reading the agreement you are actually offered. Commission percentage depends on scope and is agreed individually, so it is negotiated rather than published here. What these excerpts do show is the structure we work in, and that structure is the same for every creator we sign.

Does Scissorzz take control of my OnlyFans account?
No. The agreement states that the creator keeps access to her account at all times, so you can never be locked out of your own business. Working access for the team is part of the management relationship and exists for as long as we work together; when the agreement ends, that access ends with it. We also proactively advise securing the account with two-factor authentication.
Who receives the money, the agency or the creator?
The creator. Net earnings are paid into the creator's own bank account, and Scissorzz invoices its commission afterwards, payable within seven days of the invoice. We never hold your payout account and never sit between you and the platform.
Am I employed by Scissorzz or obligated to produce content?
Neither. The agreement establishes no employment relationship. The creator is not obligated to accept any offer and remains free in the time, type and place of the work she does. Boundaries are documented during onboarding and are binding for the team.
